Business Reflection

Heading to the weekend is a great way to reflect upon the work week and think about things you could have done better as a business. Critically analyzing your personal and company’s performance is critical to the grow and success of a good business. I would follow these tips:

  • What goals did we have for the week and did we meet them?
  • What were some things that we did really well?
  • What were some things that we did poorly?
  • Were there any crisis situations? If so, how were they handled?
  • How was our customer service, success stories/disasters?

One last tip that I’d like to throw in there would be, “Could some imprinted marketing tools have made a big impact on this weeks sales and marketing goals?” If your answer is yes and I imagine it might be, check out some of our products and head into the weekend knowing you’ve done everything you can to run a great business.
